- Bonus opportunities: Bonuses given for recruitment of people and new clients. If you are a good at networking or sales there’s a lot of opportunity to earn more money than your salary.

- I feel slightly under paid for what my position would get as a full time employee at my client. However as mentioned above this difference can be made up with bonuses if you’re able to get them.
