My first few months at the company have been a largely positive experience. There’s a refreshing level of transparency around the company’s goals and direction, which has helped me feel aligned and confident in my role from the start. One of the standout perks is the remote-first nature of the work. It allows for excellent work-life balance, without sacrificing opportunities for in-person collaboration—the company organizes touchpoints throughout the year that add real value.

The team moves fast to address gaps and refine internal processes, which shows commitment to long-term stability. However, as processes evolve, it can occasionally feel a bit disorganized. That said, this seems more like growing pains than systemic issues.
