Pros

Some of the people are amazing. As previously mentioned, those people are usually out the door within a year or less. These select few people may be the only pro about Digiday.

Kontras

-Most of management is flat out horrible. -Digiday likes to promote growth potential, but growth is essentially non existent. Sure they will give you a new title, but you will just be doing the same job with 10 times more work added on and don't assume that a pay increase comes with a promotion. -There is a high school like mentality amongst employee's....and managers. -The employees that work the hardest are taken advantage of and their accomplishments are rarely recognized. -Pay is horrendous and bias. Some employees go above and beyond and are not fairly compensated when others, slack off all day and regularly receive raises. -There is no real HR department. At least not an effective/qualified one. It really only consists of one person for well over 60 employees. -The company reached 10 years and still tries to have a "start up mentality." It is just their way of justifying their many flaws. The list goes on.

Pros

Everyone on the different teams are great to get along with. I never had an issue with anyone. Truth be told, it is the most diverse team and company i've ever worked in. Everything is also flexible as long as you meet your deadlines. Their CEO is also good and very approachable.

None from my experience. No cons at all.
