We’ve worked very hard to ensure we provide an open flow for communication. As such, I want to address some of your concerns. Due to the highly demanding industry we work in, there may be times when employees are required to work overtime. Overtime and Public Holidays are paid at the legislated rate. Additionally we invest a lot of time and effort in staff growth and development. Vacancies are made available internally before we look elsewhere.
