Minimal Support by execs to it's Leadership Team in the field. Unrealistic Expectations for Amount of Hours Worked in a week. The senior leadership team knows its fundraisers are working over a 40 hour work week and even encourages it without providing overtime pay and justifies this by saying the fundraiser has a chance of making bonuses. Difficult work-life balance specifically for members of the field leadership team. Decision to not fill three director roles which are intended to enforce the company's core values of community, integrity, and opportunity as well as no longer invest in DEI initiatives shows the company is not serious about fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture (and if you're an individual who is a member of a minority group, you FEEL this lack of inclusivity/understanding).
