Growing too fast - Staff Hardware Engineer bei Dexcom: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Dexcom is going from one manufacturing site to three (global) high volume sites in a very short amount of time. The company very much feels like a startup despite being a $30 billion dollar company. With that there are a lot of things that go on that are real gut busters - "you do what, why, how long have you been doing it this way!?" Director row is severely disorganized and silo'd, especially when big issues arise. And that leaves multiple orgs grasping at how to proceed and solve the issue. I've spent a lot of time spinning my wheels only to be told a decision was made above me by people who have no technical knowledge of the situation. Personal development is truly an afterthought these days.
