The company's response to CoVid-19, the constant solicitation of feedback, the diverse workplace and concerted focus on engaging in the best way possible make this a great place to work. The company finds itself striking a difficult balance between a medical device manufacturer and a technology company. Too many open headcount because we aren't selling the company as a technology company leading to too heavily relying on consultants.
