HR does not have a defined re-hire process and neither does the management values the work years put by the employee in order to retain them. There is absolutely no response over emails or portals and it is very unprofessional. It is sad but it is true. individual growth is not given any importance and there is no framework in place to provide the employee with opportunities to grow. Management is not interested in the welfare of the employees and does not overlook or participate in managing the team and help overcome roadblocks. HR is not clear with the company policies and not effective in communication, hiding the details or shying away from giving you the information well ahead in time to your concerns. Management gives false promises.
