Sweat factory type of company - Belittles employee's degree and experience - Only willing to offer the bare minimum - When asked about budget for role, claims that as long as you can bring value ("help us earn money" in their original words), it's not a problem. But since position is not executive or managerial position but of technical nature, there's nothing people on this position can do to help them "earn big money"
