Worst company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Dew Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Most of the reviews giving five stars to this company are fake and posted by HR dept. Itself. Poorly managed policies and whole company is controlled by few people who sits in cabin. Micromanagement. They can change their policies as per their own convenience. Work stations given to employees are too old and not working properly and with these such laptops ,they expect to meet release deadlines on time. In your notice period, they will treat you like their enemy. You are not even allowed to take your own earned leaves. Management is so poor. HR has no power. No one follows best coding practices. Join this company only if you have no option left. No career growth plan.
