Pros
I've been working at DevsData as a DevOps Engineer for about three months and have had positive experiences so far. The work is a hybrid model, which is a big plus for me – I can maintain a balance between working from home and meeting in the office. My day-to-day responsibilities include infrastructure maintenance and development, CI/CD process automation, environment monitoring, and supporting development teams with application deployment and maintenance. The projects are interesting and allow for technological development, especially for those interested in the cloud, containerization, and automation. Among the advantages, I would especially mention the good atmosphere within the team, the high degree of autonomy, and the opportunity to acquire new skills. Communication is efficient, and I can count on help from others when needed.
Kontras
On the downside, there are occasional busy periods related to implementations or urgent production tasks, which can cause priorities to shift quickly. As with many technology companies, there are also occasional challenges related to coordinating work across different teams.
