I'm a senior agent and worked harder than all managers in this company. The managers do little and are over paid. Devoted is reluctant in promoting within. Good luck with a promotion as an agent. This company will over work you and rely on "senior agents" to answer challenging questions from new agents. The managers will avoid any challenging questions from agents. All the managers are busy with doing is reminding agents of training content initiated from senior agents.
