Pros
There are so many great things about working for Devonshire. Its a genuinely grown up environment, there's a lot of flexibility around how you get your work done and the whole team are really understanding of commitments around home and work. No one counts your calls or how many interviews you arrange per week, this is about a group of capable people getting a lot of work done in the working week but without the typical agency environment of bosses breathing down your neck or bugging you about KPIs.
There's a unique structure, with a mix of both internal and external client hires, and a great commission scheme to boot. There's some great recruitment tools available too, including one I think is a game changer!
