Do not recommend - Data Entry Analyst bei DevelopmentAid: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor managment, unprofessional, they make you question your own sanity. They do not provide clear training, they only see numbers and make out of you a robot, When you explain that there is a work overload, they don't listen and make rules that makes the situation even worse, by increasing the KPI. Working daily under a lot of stress and the management does not have any drop of empathy, You just need to stay overtime to reach the KPI, and of course no one pays for this, Working for years without raising the salaries, despite the each year indexation, you just don't have any motivation to stay here. Very dissapointed after this job.
