Also, according to Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law" dated March 15, 2022 No. 2136-IX, annual paid leave should last 24 days. The recruiter wrote only about 12 days of vacation per year and 4 days of New Year's leave. At my request, that there is such a law, they wrote to me that I was too demanding of the employer.
