One of the best workplace environments I've ever worked at. DevOpsGroup has done a great job of hiring friendly and talented employees. I genuinely enjoy coming into work every day. As the name suggests, DOG are heavily invested in Agile methodologies and have worked hard to understand how best to use them internally. There is a refreshing attitude towards remote working, where it is encouraged rather than seen as a perk. Much work has gone into the tooling to enable this, and to encourage a "remote-first" mindset. DOG also understands the need for flexible working hours and allows you the freedom to manage your own time. Once a month, DOG hold a conference (DogConf) where we all get together and present our own track presentations, which is a great time to get your opinion and experiences heard by all. As you progress in the company, there are plenty of opportunities to travel for onsite client visits, or to attend/speak at conferences.

Currently in the process of moving from Startup to Small/Medium enterprise, and the pains that come with it. I have no doubt in the ability of management and the People team to see us through this period.
