Pros

Nothing to mention here. It would look good from outside ...but to much hypocrisy.

As per Company value definition, there are so many of those.. 1. Transperancy - On ground level, this is only expected from Resources...not from the Management. 2. Client Engagement - As of today, not more than 3 clients have retained their contract with this company... 3. Value Delivery -You can see the results in the above point, so many promises to clients and then blame employees for not completing it.. 4. Stability : Till Feb, they had quite a few customers which revoked their contracts now...And company can't sustain the people on bench..not even for a month, they immediately keep on pressuring you to put down the paper 5. Job security : learnt a lesson, always associate with well established company atleast a mediocre company will also be fine... No human values, they can kick you out anytime 6.Politics - Even though, they challenge to be a transparent company, but I have seen worst politics over here...this was my 4th company...it was a worst experience. 6. Market Value : Zero - Clients kicking them out....Top management are not qualified to get any business.

Honestly, no major cons to highlight at the moment. Like any organization, there’s always room for minor process improvements, but nothing that impacts growth or work satisfaction.
