They are dedicated and want to do the jobs right. Many opportunities to work with different clients. If you want to keep your skill set up to date I couldn't think of another way to do so than through consulting/contracting. Dev9 is a decent place to help you achieve this goal. Good pay and decent benefits. The new PTO system is a much needed and appreciated addition to the benefits package. Good training opportunities. Good source of knowledge wealth internally. Top-notch technical leadership.

Not completely honest with what Dev9 can provide. I can certainly see the point of view of the previous employee’s negative feedback in another post. I actually saw part of it and chalk that up as mis-aligned expectations. Upper management not showing much interest at the trench level. I have a lot of respect for the management in technology and sales. But the rest, they are almost invisible other than at the all-hands. Show us at the trenches what you do. Make us feel confident of your leadership. Right now I don’t feel very confident.
