But we don't want them to answer 24/7 and we teach our clients to respect time of our specialists. It's unfortunate, that you faced such challenge as overtime during the work with Dev-Pro: it's part of life, when you're working in outsourcing business. We try hard to reduce those cases, but we can't get rid of them permanently.
