- good pay - shuttle and car service provided - 13th, 14th month pay; performance bonus (dependent on bank performance and employee performance) - good training ground for fresh graduates - better than other BPOs (I think) - no graveyard shift - opportunities for vertical and lateral movement

- long hours - POLITICS. POLITICS. POLITICS - hard to go up since other employees are 'favored' - graduates from leading universities are prioritized - management does not tale care of their employees (maybe it's only in my department) - work is toxic (but satisfying if you're a workaholic)
