Management is unwilling to listen to employees, even when ideas are presented respectfully. Drives out hardworking employees by emphasizing out-dated tools, discouraging going "above and beyond" and generally exhibiting a bad attitude and disrespect towards employees. Some employees have been there more than 25 years, but this is only because it's been so long that they've been out of the job market and they're afraid to quit with families to look after.
