Good culture and people. Incentives are nice and work life balance is great

Nothing really. Everything is great.

Decent pay. Has relationships with some large logos in oil & gas.

Leadership is directionless and in constant conflict. The work culture is very toxic with data being siloed from the various departments for no reason. Verbal abuse is normalized from the work culture in India, along with constant gas lighting and blame shifting. A lot of smoke and mirrors, very little use of useful software tools other than Excel and ChatGPT.
