I have been working for Designing Success (DS) for more than 10 years. The management and entire Designing Success team go out of their way to make sure our clients obtain the best training and technical support available. DS provides on-site training as well as training over the internet. We conduct monthly training Webinars that our clients can subscribe to and our webinars are archived on the client’s site so they can review them at their leisure. We respond to technical support as a live person, not a recorded message. Our response time to all technical support requests is under 15 minutes, and is less than 5 minutes in most cases. We often get comments from our clients about how awesome our technical support is. Designing Success’ owner, Cheryl Wachtel, goes out of her way to make TAAG the best software for our clients. If a client has reasonable special needs that could benefit all users of TAAG, Cheryl will incorporate them into the software. Our software is continually being improved upon. DS employees are always included in discussions about anything that affects the company. It makes you feel great to work for a company that cares so much for their clients and employees!
