Employees are not trusted to use their professional expertise, and leaders intervene in areas they lack knowledge in. The company suffers from constant understaffing, where one person is expected to handle the workload of several. Despite this, performance is criticized rather than supported. The overall environment feels disorganized and demoralizing.

      This company has allowed me to grow within a short space of time. Senior management work alongside junior staff members and track your progress allowing progression in the business whenever available.

      Still a small business so not always 9-5. You need to be willing to go above and beyond.

      Only pro is the people who you meet who are nice in the company, which is not many.

      horrible higher management, horrible HR. they would rather support and cover up toxic individuals in the company than care about their employees. Half of the higher management don’t know what they are doing and the jobs fell in their laps, inappropriate and not safe work space for women. shamed for saying no and having an opinion and bullied out of the company by narrow minded management.
