There is little room for progression and lot of the other jobs in the company do not pay as well as you would expect

I had a great experience working here! The environment was absolutely lovely, and the team truly made it a great place to work. Everyone was focused not only on their individual growth but also on collective success. There was a genuine sense of camaraderie, with an emphasis on helping each other improve and reach our full potential. It's refreshing to be part of a team where personal development and mutual support are equally valued.
