None, High turn over. Every 8-12 month there is a new set of employees. DSB likes to discuss company values but never practices the values. Its all a big fat Lie.

So many cons to remember all: micromanagement, rude lack of communication, bad reputation in the industry. In the business of change orders. Low bids to get in the door, which in turn does not make the customer happy. Unless if you have kids you will have to come into the office or if you do not live in the foot hills you will also have to come in every day by 8am.
