Recent “restructuring” created uncertainty for staff. Redundancies were handled in a way that left employees feeling that communication and transparency could have been better. 2 new roles created then less than a month later quite a few people were made redundant. Since then, it feels like we’re all meant to just forget that ever happened, with new promotions happening thick and fast and a clear inner circle.
