Racist and Hostile work environment - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Design Go: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management talks to all employees about other employees. Breaks all ethics, watches you on camera during breaks, caters to only the few that have been working there for 2 years. Belittles other employees. Company based in UK so there is no Management around to get rid of their nasty environment. Very racist and no need to complain, as they call this drama, yet they are always running to other employees creating drama. This little manufacturing subsidized part will go under due to immature unprofessional Management. The only positive reviews they have in the US are from the gossiping kids they have working there
