Culture They like to talk a lot about inclusion or diversity or positive change, but the truth is that the entire staff is not prepared to embrace it. People with different backgrounds are unheard and not valued, whereas people who progress are the ones who get on with the big cheeses. Usually very noisy, untalented, possibly with an active Instagram page. Process/Design thinking Old-school packaging approach. Here good design is all about 'great ideas', but sadly senior leadership is too blind to see the thin line between clever ideas and human intuition, which very often leads the projects to mediocre outcomes.
