There are great people at Denver Seminary, and people really care about one another.

There is a significant disconnect between the executive leadership and rest of the staff. Executive leadership are very out of touch with staff, which leads to staff feeling unheard, undervalued and very unsupported. Significant decisions are made quickly, rashly, and without proper vetting. There is more concern for generating revenue than the care of the students of Denver Seminary, staff or faculty.
