Unfortunately, leadership instability has had a noticeable impact on the company culture. Over the past year, several senior leaders have departed, many citing a lack of support and alignment from the executive team. A newly hired CRO also left within four months, which raised concerns internally about the direction and sustainability of leadership efforts.
More recently, a senior leader’s communication style has created discomfort among team members. In one instance, a comment questioning a colleague’s citizenship status was made during a meeting, something that left several of us feeling uneasy and concerned. Additionally, publicly rescinding a colleague’s invitation to a team dinner during an all-hands meeting was widely viewed as unprofessional and discouraging. Moments like these have negatively affected team morale and contributed to a more difficult work environment.
