The really only pro at this company is some of the people, who are stuck their because they sue anyone they want to keep that leaves. Turnover is amazing!

They will hire you at above market rate, have you sign their non compete, then change your role and pay. They put the word bonus in your pay which allows them to not pay you even if you hit your goal, and they do it ALL THE TIME. I REALLY WANT OUT, but can't afford to hire an attorney. Please, someone buy this place
