The management is stuck in the 1990's. ALL upper management are white middle aged men. Middle and lower management has some women, but they all must be married with children. These seem to be the only requirements for the job. Promotions are not made on merit but rather age, resulting in customer facing managers who have no forward thinking and are completely ignorant of the product, along with having no management experience. This has lead to 8 top performing employees either leaving or being shown the door in the last 6 months. If you are under 40, and unmarried, this is not the place you will be promoted, but they will pay you well!
