      The people at the company make all the difference. We've got an amazing group of talented and driven people who make work a pleasure. Great balance of innovative start-up without being over the top. The management team has done a phenomenal job of creating a culture of hard work balanced with play.

      Kontras

      As we grow and expand our East Coast presence, it would be good to make a more deliberate effort to keep the two coasts connected.

      I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

      Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
