A company that offers lots of ways to move your career forward and tackle big challenges. An opportunity to work with and learn from a really smart, committed, supportive team. A great environment for people who are serious about marketing technology--these are Marketo Experts and Champions. There are no "cogs in the machine"--everyone is directly accountable for the company's success. It's a small enough company that you still get face-time with the CEO. You can choose to work remotely part or full time. The company is very committed to supporting and promoting the expertise of their staff.

Because it's a smaller company, there are not as many resources in place. No IT staff to fix your tech issues asap, no HR staff. About half of the team works remotely full time, so it's pretty quiet around the "water cooler" :) People are helpful and supportive, but if you're not self-directed and self-motivated, it may not be the right environment for you. It's a fast-growing company, which means you need to be comfortable with change and growing pains.

Thank you so much for your review! Since your initial review I am happy to report that we created full time in house HR manager and an assistant to support that role, along with bringing on board a director of operations and an operations manager. We have also hired an external IT team to suport with challenges and manage our equipment needs. We also went entirely remote in 2018 and have developed new way to bring the whole team together regularly with our "Quali-tea Times" that team members can participate in weekly with another randomly selected team member to talk about anything BUT work. I take these calls regulary and look forward to hearing about hobbies, learning about favorite foods, vacation spots, and even getting a tour of a new house (and a chicken coop!). Our monthly team events that have been a big hit over the past years. Based on your feedback I'm going to review what we do now and give some thought on what we can do to grow this part of our organization.
