2yThank you so much for your review! Since your initial review I am happy to report that we created full time in house HR manager and an assistant to support that role, along with bringing on board a director of operations and an operations manager. We have also hired an external IT team to suport with challenges and manage our equipment needs.
We also went entirely remote in 2018 and have developed new way to bring the whole team together regularly with our "Quali-tea Times" that team members can participate in weekly with another randomly selected team member to talk about anything BUT work. I take these calls regulary and look forward to hearing about hobbies, learning about favorite foods, vacation spots, and even getting a tour of a new house (and a chicken coop!). Our monthly team events that have been a big hit over the past years. Based on your feedback I'm going to review what we do now and give some thought on what we can do to grow this part of our organization.
