      Leadership team gives you tools and opportunities to bring your ideas to fruition. They also listen when you talk, I feel if I bring up a valid issue, it is addressed promptly.

      Everything that I think to list here, Deltek is currently working on fixing internally. If I feel overwhelmed, I am given more resources to help me. If I lack direction, I only need to ask.
