      1. Recruitment and onboarding process were very smooth and continuous amidst the pandemic. 2. Communication was effective and everyone was very helpful (to my experience). 3. I was provided with tools and resources to perform my job successfully. 4. Work - life - balance >> 100% 5. It is a great company with great culture and values. 6. People are great!
