      No Pros for IT guys.

      Kontras

      Location- The company is situated in remote area with no safety.Most of loot incidents happens with employee.Worst part is it's in industrial area with roads full of pot holes ,so it is a nightmare to commute on daily basis. No Professionalism in Higher Management.Higher management just wants presence of employee.Least bother with quality of work & deliverables.

      - Good Learning Opportunities. - Dynamic Environment. - Easy to reach Management. - New opportunities are coming & hence enjoying the work even after many years. -

      Kontras

      - Lack of Quality functional heads. - self made leaders. - Lack of opportunities for others as self leaders hold position tightly. - Keeping position for long is not bad but lack of innovation & believe in Jugaad technology. - Not their own thought process. Do what ever their bosses told.
