Upper management likes to micro-manage. They will make decisions (for you) without asking for your input. There are clear favorites in the company. The company disregards suggestions for improvement. The biggest con - Management (from supervisors to CEO/Owners) are constantly pointing fingers for their mistakes. In almost every department, managers would blame their employees for their mistakes. this reason drove away several great workers during my time there.
