Some pain points of growing fast : lack of processes and structure which require a lot of time and energy aside to build those and make your own organisation efficient. Difficulties to attract talents because HR based in UK does not have any clue about benefits and salary packages locally. e.g. car leasing in Belgium Managing your work-life balance can be hard when you don’t have the seniority in work experience to disconnect your slack and your mail at some point.
