Pros
Deliv has consistently undergone demand-driven expansion since its inception, and continues to emerge as a top player and point of reference in its field. Regular growth requires employees to be flexible, but provides considerable opportunity for upward momentum and personal development. Offers much in the way of robust and varied responsibilities; small enough that all employees have the potential to impact future development in a meaningful way. Upper management frequently defers to staff for input, feedback and personal experience. High focus on innovation and progressive problem solving. Employee pool is friendly, engaged and supportive. Generally easy to arrange for time off (exception during peak seasons). Office atmosphere is relaxed - though productive - with an semi-open floor plan for greater ease in cross-departmental communications. Occasionally driver partners will swing by to say hello or bring cupcakes/sweets from a Deliv retail partner.
Kontras
As to be expected with any startup, the environment is fast-paced and pressure to perform is on. Job occasionally requires employees to be available to work past traditional office hours - especially during market's peak season(s). Not for those who are slow to adapt or easily stressed. Due to open floor plan, sometimes difficult to find a private space within the office for conference calls (a rare but occasionally prevalent problem).
