Management at the upper levels can fail to support or properly fight for their subordinates. Customers seems to have more control over the process of daily support than management. Manager did not have full grasp of workload of workers. This lead to stress, anxiety, and eventual leaving of the position. Multiple workers have come to me in confidence and mentioned how the stress has affected their health. Lack of communication and hostile interactions can be expected from other teams when doing group assignments and projects. Comments such as "speak english" have to been over conferenced, aimed at our offshore support teams to give you an idea of the culture there. If management of customer teams do not like you, even as a good workers, you could end up on a PIP or terminated.
