they dont pay Indian employees any Bonus, no hikes, they thretten to employees if any one is asking hike, they dont pay PF, ESI, Gratuity to employees, its vast of working such a long time without benefits.. they are harassing without paying Gratuity...which is by law every company must pay to the employee who worked continues 5 years..
