The footprint of our company is Canadian, not international. As such, international exposure is limited. In 2018, we experienced higher than normal turnover as you mentioned. We have also experienced a significant amount of change within the organization. Change often brings about churn, which unfortunately results in employees leaving the organization, particularly if the change does not align with their career aspirations. We focus on supporting employees through change so that they are able to manage the transition; however, not everyone will be comfortable with the change. Our goal is always to retain our employees, but we know that we cannot always entice people to stay.
