      Smaller company that is growing. Benefits are outstanding. Paid for every hour you work. Healthy team environment. Employees are appreciated. Interesting projects. Paid training. Lots of energy, positive atmosphere.

      None, actually. I honestly cannot say anything good about the experience

      Nepotism, favoritism; leadership turns a blind eye to workplace bullying. I was repeatedly bullied and gaslighted by a team member who acted like my boss - he wasn't. However, he was a favorite of the Portfolio Leader . My direct manager was a do-nothing nepotism hire. Also low-balled salary - I discovered that my salary was in the 51st percentile. The company was acquired by ManTech in late 2023; things had not improved when I left mid 2024.
