It's disappointing to receive this feedback but we understand that sometimes certain individuals can get disgruntled when a company is levelling up and growing into it's next chapter. People leaving is a set-back, but bringing in new team members into the squad who are highly experienced and ready to handle the level of growth we are experiencing is a win and as such, that's how it has been framed.
