Pros

The people (who are all leaving) are wonderful, caring, creative individuals who made every day so much better,

The senior leadership at this company has managed to undermine what should have been an exceptional place to work; one filled with genuinely talented, passionate people. Unfortunately, toxic leadership has created a work environment that employees no longer want to be part of, and retention reflects that reality. Communication from the CEO and COO has been consistently poor, compounded by widespread mismanagement of employees, their time, and their skills. There is a noticeable lack of empathy at the executive level, and watching major setbacks repeatedly reframed as “wins” by leadership only highlights the deeply flawed foundations the company is built on, foundations that are now visibly collapsing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's disappointing to receive this feedback but we understand that sometimes certain individuals can get disgruntled when a company is levelling up and growing into it's next chapter. People leaving is a set-back, but bringing in new team members into the squad who are highly experienced and ready to handle the level of growth we are experiencing is a win and as such, that's how it has been framed. We understand that it might not seem that way when there's alot of change happening but the vision for Defiant has never been clearer and in order for us to continue remaining at the forefront of our industry we need to be adapting and moving with the constant change in the industry. They look great from the outside

Kontras

High turn over, huge workloads with 0 support or any real training, so when you don’t immediately keep up with your work load or make a small mistake you are gone. The team environment was strange, lacked any real soul.
