i had to choose between what was best for me relative to what was best for my students bc the schools culture didn't allow for them to happen as one. Leadership particularly its principal really has no clue what it takes to properly serve these demographic of students. More experienced teachers will find it hard to remain here bc they don't know how to coach and support them. Teachers are burnt out and students are running the school bc of the lack of accountability and follow through.
