Pros

One of the top 10 company in the world in field of pre-fabrication piping. Welding technology and other manufacturing facility is the state of the art. Very good place for young mechanical engineers to learn about manufacturing and engineering firms.

Kontras

Irrelevant pressure on employees similar to other manufacturing firms, outdated HR rules imposed upon employees.

Pros

None other than a mere sheety salary on time around 10th of the month. Also corrupt HODs won't let anyone new come and grow. Instead of 'come and grow' , its just 'come and go'.

Only requirement is adulation. There are 10 management people who are just stuck to their position like a vampire. Their adulators are the priority. Everybody else comes and goes. There is a business inside the business scenario where the smallest microscopic cog is busy in politics to gain something while staying out of the radar of those 10 managers and their adulators. Female staff acts like a goddess all the time , they basically doesn't mean any humanity or respect for male coworkers. Also all of them are pretty much busy with managers only all the time. HR is the real sheethowl. Spend few years here just for experience. Its a cess-puul
