The working staff in the company is friendly. No pressure on juniors as well as seniors. WFH facility is good.

There is no clear vision regarding group entity management. Decisions often seem inconsistent and biased. Management tends to treat Indian colleagues as subordinates rather than equals, excluding their input from key discussions. Year after year, compensation increments have been decreasing, and the bonus component as previously given has been discontinued without any proper discussion or communication with employees.
