Founding story is inspirational. Lunch is provided twice a week.

The culture is toxic, there's is a culture of blame. No employment development. No leadership. CEO is a visionary, but lacks leadership skills. COO is a poor communicator and not a thought leader. I was surprised to learn we have a legal team of three, that should give you an insight into how leadership thinks.
